A Man Raises $30,000 for Testicular Cancer by Hitchhiking Across Canada in Just His Underwear

For charity, people have walked, cycled, and even rollerbladed across Canada. However, Mark McIntyre is perhaps the only person who has ever hitched a ride across Canada while only sporting a smile and his undies.

In order to raise $32,000 for men’s cancer research, Mark partnered with an underwear company who promised to donate $20,000 after he survived testicular cancer. Additionally, he wants to teach males how to regularly examine themselves, just like women do.

When he reached the underwear factory at the end of his three-week cross-country journey, he told CTV, “A really negative thing in my life became a really positive thing.”
