Ten of the world’s funniest incidents!

A lot has happened on Earth, and the world is a funny place. It’s been said that reality is funnier than fiction, and it’s also sometimes stranger. Discover some of the most absurd things that have happened since the beginning of civilization by reading through these historical occurrences that make you laugh.

  1. The Great War in Emu

After World battle I, Australia launched its own battle, this time against emus. They used machine guns to execute their decision to cull the emus. However, after 2,500 rounds and six days, not a single emu had perished.

  1. The Unavoidable Auto Accident

In 1895, there were just two automobiles on Ohio’s roadways. Despite this, they both ended up colliding with one another.

  1. The Scarcity of Vodka

Naturally, Russia began to celebrate the conclusion of World War II by consuming alcohol after learning that Germany had submitted. There were many unstable rulers in the Roman Empire, but Caligula was possibly the most. During his lifetime, he undertook a number of peculiar actions, such as declaring war on Poseidon. He gave the command to stab the sea with thousands of warriors. He also began preparations for an invasion of Britain, but he decided he couldn’t be bothered when he and his army reached the English Channel. After gathering a few seashells, they all left for home.

  1. The Untrained Parrot

President Andrew Jackson’s pet parrot attended his funeral when he passed away in 1845. Regretfully, it was forced to depart since it would not quit cursing.

  1. The Town Where Dancing Could Not Be Stopped

Hundreds of people began to dance in Strasbourg’s streets in the French region of Alsace in 1518. Over the course of a month, many danced for days on end, and several passed away from heart attacks, strokes, or weariness. Though it might have been a psychedelic fungus found on wheat, the cause is still unknown.

Eighty Lichtenstein soldiers traveled to Italy in 1866. Along with one extra individual, an Italian defector, they all made it back alive. Maybe our “I love my enemies” sweatshirts and t-shirts would have been more appropriate for them.

  1. Presidents with Skinny Dipping

Several US presidents were avid skinny dipping enthusiasts, frequently in the Potomac. Among them is John F. Kennedy, who insisted on skinny-dipping anyone who want to speak with him. There were occasions when Teddy Roosevelt would travel with his entire cabinet, and a reporter once stole John Quincy Adams’ clothing. Sadly, Wellcoda was unable to save him while wearing some of our clothing.

  1. The Missing Pail

A bucket was stolen from Bologna in the 1300s by a group of individuals from Modena, Italy. Bologna declared war, but they were unable to retrieve their bucket until several thousand people were killed.
